Accept a Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer (Even If You Didn't Receive the Email)
This article explains how to accept a Ticketmaster ticket transfer. When someone sends you a ticket, you must accept the transfer before the ticket appears in your account. If you cannot find the transfer email, you may still be able to accept the ticket by signing in to your account and checking for pending transfers.
Overview
When a ticket is transferred to you, you will usually receive an email notification with instructions for accepting the ticket. After you accept the transfer, the ticket will appear in your account and can be viewed on your mobile device.
Once accepted, you can access the ticket for event entry or transfer it to another attendee if needed.
If the email cannot be located, you may still be able to accept the ticket by signing in to your account and checking the Manage Tickets, My Tickets, or My Event page.
