Access MLB Ballpark Mobile Tickets

Overview

Some baseball events use the MLB Ballpark app to display and manage mobile tickets. The app allows you to access your tickets, present them for entry, and share them with others if needed.

To view your tickets, you will need to download the MLB Ballpark app and sign in using your MLB account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Download the MLB Ballpark app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

3. Sign in using your MLB account.

4. If you do not have an account, follow the prompts to create one.

5. If prompted, verify your email address to complete the account setup.

6. After signing in, tap the Tickets tab.

7. Locate your event in the list of upcoming games.

8. Select the event to view your tickets.

9. Your ticket will appear on your screen and can be scanned for entry at the venue.

What Happens Next

After opening your ticket:

• You can display the ticket on your phone when arriving at the venue.

• The ticket barcode may refresh periodically for security.

• You may have options to forward tickets to another attendee if needed.

Many MLB mobile tickets use secure rotating barcodes, which update automatically to help prevent ticket fraud.

Common Issues

Tickets are not showing in the app

• Make sure you are signed in with the same email address associated with your tickets.

Unable to sign in
