Add AXS Tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Overview

Some AXS tickets allow you to save a version of the ticket to your phone’s mobile wallet. This can make it easier to quickly access the ticket when entering the venue.

In many cases, tickets are also available directly through the AXS mobile app, which can be used to display the ticket at the event.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the AXS mobile app on your mobile device.
Sign in to your account.
Tap the ticket icon or navigate to Your Events.
Select the event that contains your tickets.
Choose the ticket you want to save.
If available, select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
Follow the prompts on your device to save the ticket to your mobile wallet.
Open your phone’s wallet app to confirm the ticket was added successfully.

What Happens Next

After adding the ticket to your mobile wallet:

The ticket will be stored on your device.
You can open your wallet app to quickly access the ticket.
When arriving at the venue, open your wallet and present the ticket for scanning.

Saving the ticket ahead of time can make entry faster, especially in areas with limited mobile service.

Common Issues

Add to Wallet option is not available

Some events may not support saving tickets to a mobile wallet. If this option is not available, you can access your tickets directly through the AXS mobile app.

Ticket does not appear in the wallet

Make sure the ticket was fully added during the wallet setup process.
Try selecting Add to Wallet again from the ticket screen.

Unable to locate tickets

If you cannot find your tickets in the app, make sure you are signed in using the correct email address and check Your Events again.

Important Notes

Some tickets must be accessed directly through the AXS mobile app.
Screenshots of tickets may not be accepted for entry.
Make sure your phone is charged before arriving at the event.
