Add SeatGeek Tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Overview

Some SeatGeek tickets allow you to save a version of the ticket to your phone’s mobile wallet. If available, this option can help you quickly access your ticket without opening the SeatGeek app.

Tickets can also be accessed directly through the SeatGeek mobile app, which allows you to display the ticket on your mobile device for entry.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the SeatGeek mobile app on your device.

2. Sign in to your SeatGeek account.

3. Tap the Tickets tab.

4. Select the event that contains your tickets.

5. Choose the ticket you want to view.

6. If available, select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.

7. Follow the prompts on your device to save the ticket to your mobile wallet.

8. Open your phone’s wallet app to confirm the ticket was added successfully.

What Happens Next

After adding the ticket to your mobile wallet:

• The ticket will be stored on your device.

• You can open your wallet app to quickly access the ticket.

• When arriving at the venue, open your wallet and present the ticket for scanning.

Saving the ticket ahead of time can make entry faster, especially in areas with limited mobile service.

Common Issues

Add to Wallet option is not available

Some tickets may not support saving to a mobile wallet. If the option is not visible, you can access your ticket directly through the SeatGeek mobile app.

Ticket does not appear in the wallet

• Confirm the ticket was fully added during the wallet setup process.

• Try selecting Add to Wallet again from the ticket screen.

Unable to locate tickets

If you cannot find your tickets in the app, confirm you are signed in using the correct email address or phone number and check the Tickets tab again.
