Adding a New Email Address for Delivery Information in Your Request

When submitting a request or placing an order, you have the option to add a new email address for ticket delivery. This allows you to send tickets to an alternate or personal email instead of the one prepopulated in TicketOS.

Steps to Add a New Email Address

  1. Click “Add New Email Address”
    This link appears during the order placement or waitlist request process.
  2. Enter and Save the Email Address
    In the Add New Email Address section:

    • Enter the new email address you would like to use
    • Click Save

    Note: Adding a new email address here does not change the default work email associated with your account. If you prefer to use a different email (such as a personal email), you will need to select or enter it each time you place an order or submit a request.

  3. Continue with Your Request
    • Select Create Shipment > Continue
    • Review your request details
    • Click Place Order

  • Always verify the email address before placing your order to ensure delivery notifications are sent to the correct recipient.
