Adding a New Email Address for Delivery Information in Your Request
When submitting a request or placing an order, you have the option to add a new email address for ticket delivery. This allows you to send tickets to an alternate or personal email instead of the one prepopulated in TicketOS.
Steps to Add a New Email Address
- Click “Add New Email Address”
This link appears during the order placement or waitlist request process. -
Enter and Save the Email Address
In the Add New Email Address section:- Enter the new email address you would like to use
- Click Save
Note: Adding a new email address here does not change the default work email associated with your account. If you prefer to use a different email (such as a personal email), you will need to select or enter it each time you place an order or submit a request.
- Continue with Your Request
- Select Create Shipment > Continue
- Review your request details
- Click Place Order

- Always verify the email address before placing your order to ensure delivery notifications are sent to the correct recipient.
