Find Your Mobile Tickets
This article explains how to locate your mobile tickets and determine where they can be accessed. Many events use external ticket platforms to display tickets, so you may need to sign in to the correct provider to view them.
Overview
Mobile tickets are often accessed through a ticket provider’s mobile app or website. If you cannot find your tickets, the issue is usually related to signing in with a different email address, not accessing the correct ticket provider, or a ticket transfer that has not been completed.

Your event should appear in your list of tickets or upcoming events.
-
You can open the ticket on your mobile device for entry at the venue.
-
Some providers allow you to transfer tickets or save them to your phone’s wallet.
Common Issues
Signed in with the wrong email address
Tickets appear in the account associated with the email address where the tickets were sent.
If you have multiple email addresses, try signing out and signing in again using each address you may have used.
Tickets were transferred to you
If someone sent you tickets, check your email for a transfer notification and follow the instructions to access the tickets.
If you cannot locate the tickets after the transfer, review the troubleshooting guide for your provider:
Tickets are not available yet
Some events release mobile tickets closer to the event date. If the event is still several days away, your tickets may appear later.
Important Notes
-
Mobile tickets must usually be displayed on your mobile device for entry.
-
Screenshots of tickets may not be accepted at the venue.
-
Make sure your phone is charged before arriving at the event.
