How to retrieve and Save an order receipt.

You can easily access and save a receipt for any of your orders directly in TicketOS. This article walks you through how to find your order and download a copy of the receipt as a PDF.

Overview

TicketOS stores all of your order history in one place, making it easy to retrieve receipts when needed. By accessing your order summary, you can use the print function to save a digital copy for your records.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access Your Orders

  1. Log in to your TicketOS account.

  2. Navigate to the Orders tab in the main menu.

  3. Select My Orders from the dropdown.

Locate Your Order

  1. In the My Orders page, review your order lists:

    • Open Orders for active or in-progress requests

    • Closed Orders for completed orders

  2. Search or browse to find the order you need.

Open the Order Summary

  1. Click View next to the selected order.

  2. Review the Order Summary page, which displays the full details of your order.

Save Your Receipt as a PDF

  1. On the Order Summary page, click Print this Page in the top-right corner.

  2. In the print window, change the destination to Save as PDF.

  3. Adjust any layout or formatting settings if needed.

  4. Click Save and choose where you want to store the file.

What Happens Next

Once saved, your receipt will be available as a PDF file on your device. You can open, share, or print the file at any time for your records.

Common Issues

You cannot find your order
Make sure you are checking both open and closed orders. The order may be listed in a different section than expected.

The print option is not visible
Ensure you are on the Order Summary page. The Print this Page option is only available there.

“Save as PDF” is not available
Your device may not have a PDF option enabled. Check your system’s print settings or available destinations.

Important Notes

  • Receipts are accessed from the Order Summary page for each order.

  • You can save receipts as PDFs for easy storage and sharing.

  • File naming can help keep receipts organized (for example, by event or date).

  • Always review the saved PDF to confirm all details are included.
