Post-Event Attendance Reporting
After an event, TicketOS may allow users to confirm who attended. This article explains post-event reporting and how it supports accurate tracking and compliance.
Overview
Post-Event Attendance Reporting allows you to confirm or update the final guest list for an event after it has taken place.
One day after the event, you will receive an email reminder prompting you to review and confirm attendance. You can either use the link in the email or log in to TicketOS and access the order manually.
Orders that require action will appear under My Orders with a status of Confirm Guest List.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Order

Log in to TicketOS.

Go to My Orders.

Under the Open tab, locate any order with the status Confirm Guest List.

Click View next to the order.
Confirm or Update the Guest List
On the order summary page:

Click Confirm Guest List.
-
Review the names listed.
If changes are needed:

Remove a guest if someone else used the ticket.

Add the correct guest by selecting the appropriate guest type and clicking Add.

Repeat until all tickets have been properly assigned.
Select Attendee Status
For each guest listed, you must select an Attendee Status.
This step confirms whether each individual attended the event.
You may also update the Usage Category if needed before finalizing.
Review and Submit

Click Save & Review to move to the final review step.

Review the order for accuracy, including guest names and attendee status.

Click Submit.

Click Save & Confirm to finalize the guest list.
Once confirmed, the order is complete.
What Happens Next
After you submit your post-event attendance report:

Your guest list is finalized.
-
Attendance records are updated.
-
The order no longer requires action.
Accurate reporting supports internal tracking, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
Common Issues
Order Not Showing Under Open
If you do not see the order under Open, check the event date. Post-event reporting becomes available one day after the event.
Unable to Submit
Make sure:

Every ticket has been assigned to a guest.

An attendee status has been selected for each guest.
Important Notes

Post-event reporting is required for accurate attendance tracking.

You must select an attendee status for each guest before submitting.

Guest details can be corrected before final confirmation.
