After the transfer is accepted, the ticket will appear in the recipient’s account and can be used for event entry.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open a web browser on your phone or computer.

  2. Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com.

  3. Search for your team, venue, or event.

  4. Sign in using your Ticketmaster account.

  5. Select Manage Tickets, My Tickets, or My Events.

  6. Locate the event that contains the ticket you want to transfer.

  7. Select Transfer Tickets.

  8. Choose the ticket or tickets you want to transfer.

  9. Enter the recipient’s first name, last name, and email address.

  10. Review the transfer details.

  11. Select Transfer to send the tickets.

What Happens Next

After sending the transfer:

  • The recipient will receive an email notification.

  • The email will include instructions for accepting the ticket.

  • Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the ticket will move to their account.

After the transfer is accepted, the recipient will be able to view the ticket and use it for event entry.

Recipient did not receive the transfer email

  • You may need to cancel the transfer and send it again.

Transfer option is unavailable

Transfer was sent to the wrong email address

  • If the transfer has not been accepted, you may be able to cancel the transfer and send it again.
