Understanding the Pending Guest List Status
If your order status is 'Pending Guest List', you’ll need to update your guest list before your tickets can be finalized and sent.
Overview
The Pending Guest List status means your request was approved, but for a different number of tickets than you originally requested. To complete your order, you must update your guest list so that the number of names matches the approved ticket quantity.
Your order is not complete—and tickets will not be delivered—until this step is finished.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Update Your Guest List
- Go to My Orders
- View your order with the Pending Guest List status
- Click Complete Order
- Navigate to the Guest Information step
- Review the number of approved tickets
- Update your guest list to match the approved quantity:
- Remove extra names if you have too many
- Add names if additional spots are available
- Ensure the number of guest names matches the number of tickets
- Submit the updated guest list
What Happens Next
Once your guest list matches the approved ticket quantity and is submitted:
- Your order will move forward in the process
- Your tickets will be prepared for delivery
Common Issues
- Mismatched quantities: The number of guest names does not match the number of approved tickets
- Order not completing: The guest list has not been updated after approval changes
- Tickets not received: The order remains incomplete due to guest list discrepancies
