Step-by-Step Instructions

Download the AXS mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the AXS app.

Select Sign In.

Enter the email address and password associated with your account.

If prompted, complete the verification step sent to your device.

After signing in, select the ticket icon or navigate to Your Events.

Locate the event you plan to attend.

Select the event to view your ticket.

Your ticket will appear on the screen and can be scanned for entry.
What Happens Next
After opening your ticket, you can present it on your mobile device when arriving at the event.
