  1. Open the pending transfer.
  2. Select Change Email Address.
  3. Enter the correct email address.
  4. Save your changes.

This option is only available before the recipient downloads the ticket.

Cancel a Ticket Transfer

If a recipient no longer needs the ticket:

  1. Open the Transactions section.
  2. Select the pending transfer.
  3. Choose Cancel Ticket Delivery.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

The ticket will be returned to your account.

Receive a Ticket

When someone transfers a ticket to you:

  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Open Transactions.
  3. Review the incoming transfer.
  4. Accept the ticket.
  5. Download the ticket to your account.

Once accepted, the ticket will appear in your ticket list.

Return a Ticket

If you receive a ticket that you no longer need:

  1. Open the ticket.
  2. Select Return.
  3. Confirm the return.

The ticket will be returned to the original sender.

Automatic Ticket Returns

Tickets that are transferred but not accepted within 72 hours are automatically returned to the sender.

No action is required from either party when this occurs.

Add Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet

Sign Out

  1. Open the More menu.
  2. Select Log Out.

What Happens Next

As match day approaches, your tickets will become activated and display a QR code for stadium entry.

Before leaving for the venue:

  • Confirm you can access your tickets.
  • Verify your device is fully charged.
  • Review your stadium and gate information.
  • Confirm any transferred tickets have been accepted by guests.
Common Issues

My Tickets Do Not Appear

This is the most common issue.

Verify the following:

  • You created your account using the same email address that received the ticket delivery notification.
  • You are signed in with the correct email address.
  • You completed email verification.
  • You have received confirmation that tickets were delivered.

If a different email address was used during registration, create a new account using the correct email address.

User Not Found

This message typically means:

  • The email address contains a typo.
  • The account has not yet been created.

Verify the email address and complete the registration process if needed.

User Already Exists

This means an account already exists for the email address entered.

Instead of registering again:

  1. Return to the login screen.
