Some events use SeatGeek to display mobile tickets. These tickets can typically be accessed through the SeatGeek mobile app.

Once signed in, you can view your upcoming events and open your tickets for entry at the venue.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Download the SeatGeek mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Open the SeatGeek app.

  3. Sign in using your SeatGeek account.

  4. If you do not have an account, follow the prompts to create one.

  5. Tap the Tickets tab.

  6. Locate the event you plan to attend.

  7. Select the event to view your tickets.

  8. Your ticket will appear on your screen and can be scanned for entry.

What Happens Next

After opening your ticket:

  • You can display the ticket on your phone when entering the venue.

  • You may have the option to transfer tickets to another attendee.

  • Some tickets may allow you to save them to your phone’s wallet.

Common Issues

Tickets are not showing in the account

  • Make sure you are signed in with the email address associated with your tickets.
