Access Ticketmaster Mobile Tickets

Some events use Ticketmaster Account Manager to display mobile tickets. Once you access your account, you can view your tickets, transfer them to another attendee, or add them to your phone’s mobile wallet for easy entry at the event.

You can access your tickets using a web browser or mobile device.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open a web browser on your phone or computer.

  2. Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com

  3. Search for your team, venue, or event.

  4. Select the correct event or organization from the search results.

  5. Sign in using your Ticketmaster account credentials.

  6. After signing in, select Manage Tickets, My Events, or My Tickets.

  7. Locate your event in the list of available events.

    1. If you have not accepted your tickets a banner will show asking if you would like to accept.

  8. Select the event to view your tickets.

  9. Your tickets will appear with a mobile barcode that can be scanned for entry.

After accessing your tickets, you can:

  • View your mobile ticket barcode for event entry

  • Transfer tickets to another attendee

  • Accept tickets that were transferred to you

  • Add tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet for quick access

Common Issues

Tickets are not showing in the account

  • Make sure you are signed in with the same email address used when receiving the tickets.

  • Try logging out and signing in again.

Unable to find your event

  • Confirm you selected the correct team or venue when searching on the Ticketmaster Account Manager site.

Transfer email not received

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.

  • Ask the sender to confirm the email address used for the transfer.

Important Notes

  • Mobile tickets must be displayed on a phone or mobile device for entry.

  • Screenshots of tickets may not be accepted at some venues.

  • Make sure your phone is charged before arriving at the event.

  • Saving tickets to your phone’s wallet can make entry faster.
