Add Ticketmaster Tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Overview

Many events use mobile tickets that can be accessed from your account and saved to your phone’s mobile wallet. Adding your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet makes it easier to locate your ticket when entering the venue.

You must first access your ticket before you can add it to your phone’s wallet.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open a web browser on your mobile device.
Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com.
Search for your team, venue, or event.
Sign in using your Ticketmaster account.
Select Manage Tickets.
Locate your event and select it to view your tickets.
Select the ticket you want to save.
When the ticket barcode appears, select Add to Wallet or Save to Phone.
Follow the prompts on your device to add the ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

What Happens Next

After adding the ticket to your mobile wallet:

The ticket will be saved on your device.
You can open your phone’s wallet to quickly access the ticket.
When arriving at the event, open the wallet and present the ticket for scanning.

Saving the ticket ahead of time can make entry faster, especially in areas with limited mobile service.

Common Issues

Add to Wallet option is not visible

Make sure you are viewing your ticket on a mobile device.
