Checking Whether Your Tickets Have Been Sent

If you are unsure whether your tickets have been sent, you can quickly check the delivery status in your order. TicketOS displays the shipment status and delivery date within the order summary. This article explains where to find that information and what the different statuses mean.

Overview

The easiest way to confirm whether your tickets have been sent is by checking the Delivery Status in your order.

This information is available in the Order Summary page under My Orders.

Two statuses indicate that tickets have already been sent:

  • Delivered

  • Transfer Sent

You can also view the Delivery Date, which shows when the tickets were sent.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Locate Your Order

  1. Go to My Orders.

  2. Find the order associated with your event.

  3. Click the order to open the Order Summary page.

Check the Delivery Status

Scroll to the Delivery Information section of the order.

Look for the following fields:

  • Delivery Status

  • Ticket Quantity

  • Delivery Date

If the status shows Delivered or Transfer Sent, your tickets have already been sent.

What Happens Next

If the tickets have been sent, check the email address listed under Delivers To in the order.

You should receive an email from the mobile ticket platform with instructions to access or accept your tickets.

Important Notes

  • Delivered and Transfer Sent both indicate that tickets have been sent.

  • The Delivery Date shows exactly when the tickets were delivered.

  • Always verify the email address listed in the Delivers To field.
