  1. Open the AXS mobile app on your device.

  2. Sign in using the email address where you expected to receive the tickets.

  3. Tap the ticket icon or navigate to Your Events.

  4. Look for your event in the list of upcoming events.

  5. If the event is not visible, sign out of the app.

  6. Sign back in again using any other email addresses you may have used previously.

  7. After signing in, check Your Events again to see if the tickets appear.

What Happens Next

Once you locate the correct account, the tickets should appear in Your Events.

You can open the event to view your tickets and display them on your mobile device when arriving at the venue.

Signed in with the wrong email address

Tickets appear in the account associated with the email address used when the tickets were transferred or purchased.

If you have multiple email addresses, try signing out and signing in again using each email address you may have used.

Tickets were transferred to a different email address

If someone transferred tickets to you, confirm which email address they used when sending the transfer.

You may need to sign in using that email address to locate the tickets.

Tickets not appearing in the app

Try signing out of the AXS app and signing in again. This can refresh the account and update the list of available events.
