Forward MLB Ballpark Tickets to Another Attendee

Overview

The MLB Ballpark app allows ticket holders to send tickets to another attendee using the Forward Tickets feature. When you forward a ticket, the recipient receives a notification and can access the ticket through their MLB Ballpark account.

Once the ticket is forwarded and accepted, it will appear in the recipient’s MLB Ballpark app.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

2. Sign in using your MLB account.

3. Tap the Tickets tab.

4. Locate the event that contains the tickets you want to send.

5. Select the event to view your tickets.

6. Select the ticket or tickets you want to forward.

7. Tap Forward Tickets.

8. Enter the recipient’s email address.

9. Review the ticket details.

10. Select Forward to send the tickets.

What Happens Next

After forwarding the tickets:

• The recipient will receive a notification that tickets were sent to them.

• They may be asked to sign in or create an MLB account.

• Once signed in, the tickets will appear in their Tickets section of the MLB Ballpark app.

The recipient can then open the tickets on their mobile device when arriving at the venue.

Common Issues

Recipient cannot find the forwarded tickets

• Confirm the correct email address was used when sending the tickets.

• Ask the recipient to sign in using the same email address where the tickets were sent.

Recipient does not have an MLB account

If the recipient does not already have an MLB account, they may need to create one using the email address where the tickets were forwarded.

Tickets were sent to the wrong email address

If the tickets were forwarded to the wrong email address, you may need to cancel the forward and send the tickets again using the correct email address.

Important Notes

• Each attendee may need their own ticket on their mobile device for entry.

• Tickets must be opened in the MLB Ballpark app to display the barcode.

• Screenshots of tickets may not be accepted at the venue.
