How to Check the Status of Your Order in TicketOS

You can track the progress of your ticket requests at any time from the My Orders page. TicketOS lets you view your current order status and review order history.

 Overview

The My Orders page displays all of your active or completed orders. From there, you can open an individual order to view additional details, including a complete history of status updates throughout the order's lifecycle.

Step-by-Step Instructions

View Your Orders

  1. From the TicketOS homepage, click the Orders dropdown in the top-right corner.
  2. Select My Orders.
  3. Your Open Orders queue will appear.
  4. If you have many orders, click See More at the bottom of the page to load additional results.
  5. Locate the order you want to review.

Check the Current Status

  1. In the Status column on the far right, view the current status of your order.
  2. To see more information, click View next to the order.
  3. On the Order Summary page, locate the Status section.
  4. Click the blue clock icon next to the status.
  5. The Order History window will open, showing every status update your order has received.

View Approval Information

If your order is awaiting approval, the Order History will show that it is pending and identify the person responsible for approving the request.

What Happens Next

As your order progresses, its status will update automatically. You can return to the My Orders page at any time to check for changes or review the order history.

  • The Status column provides the current state of your order.
  • The Order History displays the complete lifecycle of your request.
  • Pending approval requests include the name of the designated approver in the order history.
  • Order statuses update automatically as your request moves through the process.
