How to Fulfill Ticket Orders
If you are responsible for delivering tickets, you can use TicketOS to review pending orders and mark them as delivered once fulfillment is complete.
Overview
The Fulfill Orders page shows ticket orders that are currently pending delivery. You can use filters to find the orders you are responsible for, open the order summary, and update the order status after the tickets have been delivered.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Fulfill Orders Page
- Go to Inventory.
- Select Fulfill Orders.
- Review the list of orders currently pending delivery.
Find the Correct Order
- Use filters to narrow the order list.
- Select the appropriate ticket office, if applicable.
- Search by venue if you are responsible for a specific event location.
- Locate the order you need to fulfill.
Review and Complete the Order
- Click View next to the order.
- Review the order summary.
- After the tickets have been delivered through the appropriate ticket delivery method, shipped, or handed to the recipient in person, click Delivered.
- The order will be marked as completed.
What Happens Next
Once you click Delivered, the order is updated from pending delivery to completed.
Common Issues
- If you cannot find an order, adjust or clear your filters.
- If the order details do not look correct, do not mark it as delivered.
- If you are unsure whether delivery is complete, confirm before clicking Delivered.
Important Notes
- Only mark an order as delivered after the tickets have been successfully provided to the recipient.
- Filters can help you quickly find orders by ticket office or venue.
- Do not mark an order as delivered until fulfillment is complete.
