Logging In for the First Time
Before you can access TicketOS, your organization must grant you access to the system. The first-time login process depends on how your organization authenticates users. This article explains the steps for both password-based login and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Overview
Your organization must first provide you with access to TicketOS.
The login process depends on how your organization manages authentication:
-
Username and Password Login – You will receive an invitation email to create your password.
-
Single Sign-On (SSO) – Access is provisioned through your organization’s identity system.
Follow the instructions that apply to your organization.
First-Time Login for Username and Password Users
If your organization uses standard username and password authentication, you will receive an invitation email to activate your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Check your email inbox for the TicketOS invitation email.
-
Open the email and click the link to set your password.
-
Enter a secure password and confirm it.
-
Save your changes.
After creating your password:
-
Go to the TicketOS login page.
-
Enter your username (typically your email address).
-
Enter your password.
-
Click Log In.
Your account is now active.
First-Time Login for Single Sign-On (SSO) Users
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will not receive an invitation email or create a password in TicketOS.
Access is provisioned directly by your organization.
To log in:
-
Go to the TicketOS login page.
-
Select the SSO login option.
-
Sign in using your organization’s credentials.
If you are unable to log in, your access may not yet be provisioned.
Common Issues
My Username and Password Are Correct, but I Still Cannot Log In
If you use a username and password to sign in to TicketOS, your login requires three pieces of information:
- Username
- Password
- Corporation
The Corporation field requires your organization's unique Corporation Code. Your username and password may be correct, but you will not be able to log in if the Corporation Code is missing or incorrect.
If you are unable to log in:
- Confirm that you entered the correct Username.
- Confirm that you entered the correct Password.
- Verify that the Corporation field contains the correct Corporation Code for your organization.
- If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
- If you do not know your Corporation Code or are unsure whether it is correct, contact your organization's ticket administrator.
Important: Resetting your password does not reset or change your Corporation Code. The Corporation Code is specific to your organization and must be entered correctly to access your account.
Invitation email not received
-
Check your spam or junk folder.
-
Contact your organization’s ticket administrator to resend the invitation.
Unable to log in with SSO
-
Confirm that you are signed into your organization’s network.
-
Contact your organization’s IT team or ticket administrator to verify access.
Important Notes
-
You must be granted access before you can log in to TicketOS.
-
Username/password users receive an email invitation to create their password.

SSO users log in using their organization’s credentials.
