Logging In for the First Time

Before you can access TicketOS, your organization must grant you access to the system. The first-time login process depends on how your organization authenticates users. This article explains the steps for both password-based login and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Overview

Your organization must first provide you with access to TicketOS.

The login process depends on how your organization manages authentication:

  • Username and Password Login – You will receive an invitation email to create your password.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) – Access is provisioned through your organization’s identity system.

Follow the instructions that apply to your organization.

First-Time Login for Username and Password Users

If your organization uses standard username and password authentication, you will receive an invitation email to activate your account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Check your email inbox for the TicketOS invitation email.

  2. Open the email and click the link to set your password.

  3. Enter a secure password and confirm it.

  4. Save your changes.

After creating your password:

  1. Go to the TicketOS login page.

  2. Enter your username (typically your email address).

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Click Log In.

Your account is now active.

First-Time Login for Single Sign-On (SSO) Users

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will not receive an invitation email or create a password in TicketOS.

Access is provisioned directly by your organization.

To log in:

  1. Go to the TicketOS login page.

  2. Select the SSO login option.

  3. Sign in using your organization’s credentials.

If you are unable to log in, your access may not yet be provisioned.
