Re-Assigning Tickets to Another User

If tickets have been allocated to you but need to be completed by someone else, you can re-assign them to another user. This article explains how to locate the order and re-assign the tickets.

Overview

You may need to re-assign tickets if:

  • You no longer need the tickets allocated to you.

  • Someone else is responsible for completing the order.

When tickets are assigned to you, an Incomplete order is automatically created in your Open orders queue.

You can re-assign the order from the Order Summary page.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Locate the Order

  1. Go to My Orders.

  2. Under the Open tab, find the order with status Incomplete.

  3. Click the Order Number or select View to open the Order Summary page.

  4. Click Re-Assign.

Select Quantities

  1. Choose the number of Tickets to re-assign.

  2. Select Parking quantity if applicable.

Choose Assignment Type

  1. Under Choose Assignment Type, select Allocate to User.

Search for the New User

  1. Search for the user by first and last name.

  2. Select the correct user from the results.

  3. Click Create Assignment.

Review and Confirm

  1. Review the assignment details on the confirmation page.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Click Re-Assign to complete the re-assignment.

What Happens Next

After re-assignment:

  • The order is re-assigned to the selected user.

  • The order will drop out of your orders queue.

  • The new user will see the order in their Open orders and can complete it.

Important Notes

  • Re-assignment is only available for orders in Incomplete status.

  • You must select a valid user before completing the re-assignment.

  • Once re-assigned, you will no longer have access to complete the order unless it is re-assigned back to you.
