What to Do If You Have Not Received Your Tickets

If you have not received your tickets, the first step is to check the delivery status in your order. In many cases, tickets are scheduled to be delivered closer to the event date. This article explains what the different statuses mean and when you should take action.

Overview

If your tickets have not arrived yet, it does not always mean there is a problem.

Tickets may be delivered closer to the event date due to:

  • Your organization’s ticket delivery policy

  • Venue or promoter release schedules

In some cases, tickets may not be sent until 48 hours before the event.

Step 1: Check Your Order Status

  1. Go to My Orders.

  2. Open the applicable order.

  3. Review the Shipment Status.

This status will indicate whether the tickets have been sent or are still pending delivery.

Common Shipment Statuses

If you see one of the following statuses, there is usually no need to worry:

  • Scheduled Delivery

  • Not Processed

These statuses typically mean the tickets have not yet been delivered but will be fulfilled before the event.

If You Recently Placed Your Order

If you recently submitted your order, allow some time for it to be processed.

Also confirm that:

  • The order has been completed.

  • The order has been approved, if your organization requires approvals.

Tickets will not be delivered until the order process is fully completed.

When to Contact Your Ticket Administrator

If your event is within 48 hours and you still have not received your tickets, contact your ticket administrator for assistance.

They can help verify the status of the tickets and ensure delivery before the event.

Important Notes

  • Some tickets are not released until shortly before the event.

  • Orders must be completed before tickets can be delivered.

  • Some organizations require approval before tickets are sent.

  • Recently submitted orders may take time to process.
