How to Fix Ticket Delivery Sent to the Wrong Email
If tickets were delivered to the wrong email address, the steps to fix it depend on the delivery status of the tickets. In some cases, you can update the delivery address directly in your order. In other cases, you may need to retrieve the tickets and send them again.

When tickets are sent to the wrong email address, the solution depends on whether the tickets have already been transferred or delivered.
To determine what you can do, first check the Shipment Status in your order.
You can find this information under My Orders in TicketOS.
Step 1: Check the Shipment Status

Go to My Orders.

Open the applicable order.

Review the Shipment Status.
The next steps depend on the status shown.
If the Tickets Have Not Been Sent Yet
If the shipment status is not:

Transfer Sent
-
Delivered
You can update the delivery email address directly in the order.
Update the Delivery Address

Open the order from My Orders.
-
Locate the Delivery Information section.
-
Edit the email address for the ticket recipient.

Save the changes.
Once updated, the tickets will be delivered to the corrected email address when the order is processed.
If the Tickets Have Already Been Sent
If the shipment status shows Transfer Sent or Delivered, the tickets have already been sent to the email address provided.
The next steps depend on whether the email address is valid.
If the Email Address Is Valid
If the tickets were sent to a valid email address (for example, a work email instead of a personal email), the easiest solution is to retrieve the tickets from that account and transfer them again.

Log in to the ticket provider account associated with the email address that received the tickets.

Locate the transferred tickets in that account.

Send or transfer the tickets to the correct email address.
If an account does not already exist for that email address, you may need to create one.
As long as the account is created using the same email address that received the tickets, the transferred tickets should appear once the account is set up.
If the Email Address Is Invalid
If the tickets were sent to an incorrect or invalid email address, the tickets may not be accessible.
In this situation, contact your ticket administrator or the venue to request assistance.
They may be able to:

Recall the transfer

Send a new transfer to the correct email address
However, recall may not be possible if the tickets have already been accepted. Some ticket providers automatically accept transfers if an account already exists for the original email address.

Always verify the recipient email address before submitting an order.

Once tickets are transferred, they cannot always be recalled.

Creating an account with the same email used in the transfer may allow you to retrieve the tickets.
